Telesales Team Leader
Job Description
- Train and operate the telesales team of the Department.
- Develop sales scripts, introduce, and market the company’s services via phone/social media applications.
- Prepare periodic operational reports of the department (weekly/monthly) as required by superiors.
- Manage the daily activities of the telesales team.
- Monitor and supervise team members to meet assigned KPIs.
- Coordinate, support recruitment, and build a cohesive and strong telesales team.
- Collaborate with the customer care team to drive revenue for the Sales Department.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduated from College or University majoring in Economics, Marketing, Commerce, etc.
- Have experience in a similar position.
- Possess telesales/sales skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure. Good analytical and situational synthesis skills.
- Candidates with knowledge of Logistics or Import-Export are preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and logical thinking skills.
- Proactive and diligent at work.
